ANNUAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION
Electronic Ballot Election
STMAYHA's 2025 general election will be conducted exclusively by electronic vote through ElectionBuddy, an Internet-based online voting system. Electronic voting will occur April 6th, 2025 through April 13th, 2025. No votes will be accepted after the voting window has closed.
Once the voting window opens, a voter notice on how to access the electronic ballot will be sent via email and SMS Message to all eligible members at the email addresses and phone numbers on file from the 2024-25 Parent Registration. Should you not receive the voter notice and feel you should have, please first verify that you completed the 2024-25 Parent Registration and then reach out to the Election Committee via email at president@stmayha.org.
Results will be announced during the Annual Meeting on Monday, April 14th at 7 p.m. in the community room at the STMA Arena.
